There’s a problem with my order. How do I return it and request a refund?
You can review our Returns Policy to see if your order qualifies for a return/refund. If it does, you can use our Contact form to request one (please supply your order number and any other relevant details). Refunds are typically limited to items that are physically damaged or for non-delivery.
However, please be aware that IsaacThorne cannot refund you for Isaac Thorne items purchased through other retailers (such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble). If you purchased your item at another retailer, you must follow that retailer’s returns/refund policy. In addition, IsaacThorne.com WILL NOT accept returns or refunds for signed merchandise.
I want to support indie authors, but how do I know my purchase from IsaacThorne.com is secure?
IsaacThorne.com uses standard public key infrastructure (PKI) encryption to obscure all traffic between you and the site. In addition, payment information you submit when you purchase from IsaacThorne.com is transmitted directly to the payment service provider, not to IsaacThorne.com. Your payment information is neither seen nor stored by IsaacThorne.com.
I want to shop your site, but how do I know my personal information is secure and won’t be shared?
In addition, personal information collected about you by IsaacThorne.com is done only with your consent and is only maintained for a period of time. Your data, including your order history, can be automatically deleted from our system if your account is inactive for too long.

Yes! You can visit the email newsletter sign-up form for that.
I like to help out indie authors where I can. How can I beta read for Isaac Thorne?
Isaac accepts volunteer beta readers and typically offers free signed copies of books for those who provide valuable feedback. You can sign up to participate by using the beta reader sign-up form.
Isaac Thorne has a novel coming soon that I’d really like to read. Can I see it early?
You might if you’re a reviewer. Isaac offers advance reader copies (ARCs) of new books to reviewers at NetGalley, BookSprout, Edelweiss+, BookSirens, and more. You can also sign up to receive an ARC from Isaac directly by joining Isaac’s Launch team.
As a writer myself, I want to ask Isaac’s advice on some things. Can I do that?
You can ask by using the contact form or hitting Isaac up on social media. However, Isaac doesn’t give much writing advice because every writer’s journey is unique. What works for Isaac might not work for you. What works for you might not work for Isaac. Also, there are plenty of successful writers out there who have built a platform off advice-giving. Try there!
I have a suggestion or an idea for a story Isaac should write! Where should I submit it?
You shouldn’t. Isaac doesn’t collaborate on projects. No, you won’t change his mind no matter how good your idea is.
I want to tell Isaac everything I like/don’t like about his book. Where can I do that?
If you need to, you can use the Contact form. But if you want to rate and review one of Isaac’s books, we would rather you do so via an appropriate review channel like Amazon, Goodreads, Bookbub, or another. It’s more helpful there. However, if the things you have to say are not fit for public consumption at a place like that, you probably shouldn’t bother saying them at all.
I have another question that is not answered here. Where’s that Contact form again?
You can submit support requests by using the Contact form.
