Contact Isaac

Remember that episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation when Data answered a call from a child on a planet that was dying even though the planet’s population knew nothing of space travelers and it was an obvious violation of the Prime Directive? Yeah. That episode.

He chats up the kiddo for a while until it becomes clear that, in violation of his own programming, it’s all sort of developed into this kind of weird pen pal relationship. When Data finally informs Capt. Picard about what he’s been up to, the ever-eloquent captain replies: “There is a loneliness inherent in that whisper in the darkness.”

Too true. And if the Internet is your darkness, you can use the form on this page to contact Isaac Thorne. There are a few caveats, though. A “Prime Directive,” if you will. Don’t go contacting Mr. Thorne about any and every little old thing that happens to strike your fancy. Make it something he wants or needs to know because Isaac is a man who likes things to be to the point (the contents of this contact form page notwithstanding).

The simplest thing to do is to always remember that Isaac Thorne is a busy man and is not particularly social. He cannot promise a reply. Ever.

If you really, really, really, really, really, really, really want to reach out to Isaac, you might have a little bit of luck with the social media links at the top of this page (Facebook, Google+, YouTube). He’s just recently joined the world of social media, you see, so he’s feeling a little experimental. Then again, he’s recently discovered that he’s not much of a social media type either.

You can also use this form if you are attempting to contact Lost Hollow Books.
