On November 13, 2018, novelist and podcast Alan Welker released an interview with Isaac Thorne for Welker’s The 13th Story podcast. Welker writes horror. He launched The 13th Story podcast to connect with other horror authors and discuss the genre.
“I was happy to help launch Alan’s podcast by being his second episode interview,” Isaac says. “I only wish I hadn’t just spent the day nursing a sick cat. If you want to know what a tired Isaac Thorne brain fart smells like, listen to my answer to Alan’s question about the last horror movie I watched.”
Gassy brain aside, Isaac says he enjoyed the interview, including the opportunity to discuss his work and influences. In addition, Alan and Isaac discussed processes, Isaac’s previous short stories and his collection Road Kills, and his current work in progress.
