Happy Halloween, reader!

I'm pleased to announce that my latest novel, Tab's Terrible Third Eye, recently received a Second Place award in The BookFest Awards Horror category as well as the Supernatural category.

The BookFest Awards is the latest in a string of honors for my third novel. Tab is also a finalist in the 2025 KBR awards and shortlisted by Chanticleer's 2025 Shelley Award. It was honored with a finalist designation in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards (NGIBA), and secured four distinctings from the Eric Hoffer Award earlier this year. The final results of the KBR Awards should be available Nov. 1.

To celebrate the holiday, I'm also reminding you about my FREE ebook you can download from BookFunnel. I released Head Games on Halloween last year because I think it's a perfect classic companion for the season, a playful sequel to Washington Irving's American classic The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. You can still download it for free!

If you're interested in checking out Tab's Terrible Third Eye, you can get it in hardback, paperback, ebook, or audiobook formats from me at my site.

What I'm Reading...

Fellow indie horror author Antony J. Stanton's new vampire novel Blood of the Damned is available now! Antony and I have followed each other's careers for a while now, and I've enjoyed his work. I haven't yet dived into this latest release, but it's officially on my TBR for before Autumn ends.
